The Devil's Reject by *slimikin looks like a still from a movie that I really want to see. Harsh and gritty, the dry heat shimmers through the scene and makes me want to know what happens next... ( Featured by `RockstarVanity )

Wow, a lot of people like this work. I haven't seen the movie, but i have heard of it and that was the first thing to come to my head when i first read the title.

To me anything with a desert setting or smart ass hero is a western. And i like westerns specifically because the desert is often shown as this vast almost desolate environment almost like a third character. And see this, i look at the desert not just as a setting but also as a character in a a way. Love it!

Wow! Same here. I'd like to see what happens in Roland's quest. Oh and Stephan King is working on a sequel for The Shinning. That book was awesome! I later learned the Stanley Hotel actually has the same problems as the Overlook in the book.
